High-End Custom Residence

 

This was an extensive interior remodeling project for a four-story townhouse located in the architecturally renowned AQUA residential development in Miami Beach, Florida.

 

Award-winning architect Rene Gonzalez, in collaboration with innovative New York City lighting designer Gan Lehanantakulhe, provided the stunning architectural design of this project. Throughout the residence, they went for a minimalist style, utilizing high-end finishes such as clear anodized aluminum panels, low-iron clear glass floors, and vision panels. At the grand staircase, Italian glass mosaic floors and walls were installed. Custom hand finished hickory ebonized rift-cut oak floors, and custom cabinetry were fitted into the dining room. A state of the art home automation system to control the high end lighting technology as well as electronic lighting controls and audiovisual systems were installed throughout the house.
